How to make a reservation:

Below is the reservation request for Blue Sky Rentals. Please fill out the information as completely as possible and click Reserve Now. Please include the house or condo you would like to rent. We will contact you the day we receive your request.

Deposit:

A deposit is due at the time you make the reservation. The security deposit is in addition to the rent and tax. The deposit amounts are listed on the details page for each home and range from $250 to $1000.

Rent Payment:

The rent payment is due 45 days before you arrive. If you are making a reservation within the 45 days of the arrival date, both the security deposit and rent payment are due immediately. When we receive the deposit, rent, tax and signed contracts, we will send you the instructions for getting into the house. Your security deposit will be returned within 1 week after your departure date assuming there are no issues with the rental.

Check in/Check out Time:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Discounts:

Discounts offered will be honored only at the time of the reservation and cannot be combined.
